2025 NHMA Annual Conference & Exhibition - Sponsor-Exhibitor Registration

The New Hampshire Municipal Association (NHMA) is pleased to invite you to be part of our 84th Annual Conference and Exhibition to be held Wednesday, November 19, and Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Manchester Hotel in Manchester.   This NHMA signature, two-day event draws more than 300 city and town officials and showcases nearly 90 exhibitors and sponsors.

Our theme this year is “Bouncing Back: Handling Setbacks Like a Comedian” with Keynote presenter, Jan McInnis.

This year’s event will feature a keynote speaker, over 50 educational sessions, sponsors and exhibitors, and networking opportunities for hundreds of officials from all sections of municipal government.  This annual event helps support municipal leaders by equipping them with the latest knowledge, resources, and tools to advance their cities and towns and assist local officials in their daily roles and operations within municipalities.  There is no virtual or remote attendance this year.

As we get closer to the conference, NHMA will send a link where you can sign up for name badges, complimentary and paid meals, and the Wednesday night dinner.
