Employment Law Hotline

Drummond logo

Drummond Woodsum law firm has partnered with the Association to offer our members a free Employment Hotline through which members can receive general guidance on employment-related topics, such as  employment discrimination (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and RSA 354-A), employee medical leave and workplace accommodation (Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Pregnant Worker Fairness Act, and RSA 275), wage and hour matters (Fair Labor Standards Act, RSA 275, and RSA 279), etc.

What Can You Expect?
Drummond Woodsum attorneys will be available to provide information on employment-related topics and will make every effort to have every call responded to within 24 hours by an employment lawyer.

The Hotline is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon in any particular matter.  The Hotline does not provide legal advice.  To the extent members have an inquiry related to a specific matter, they are encouraged to call their counsel directly for particularized legal advice.

Members are asked not to share confidential information or information related to specific matters through the Hotline.

Who Can Call the Hotline?
The Hotline is a service available to only administrators, managers, department heads, and elected officials from NHMA city and town members.

Is There a Fee?
The Hotline is FREE, available at no charge, to NHMA city and town members.
