The Town of Pelham, NH is seeking sealed bids for the following:

Roadway Pavement Management: 

PAVING AND STRIPING OF TOWN HALL REAR PARKING LOT

For the construction period between July 15, 2025 and September 30, 2025. 

Bid documents may be obtained from the town website at:

All bids must be received in the Selectmen’s office at 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, July 7, 2025. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted, bids MUST be marked “TOWN HALL REAR PARKING LOT PAVING” or they will be DISQUALIFIED. 

All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH on July 8, 2025 10:00 A.M. 

All decisions in reference to the bid or selection of the contractor will be made by the Board of Selectmen or an authorized agent. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid or waive any bid informally deemed in the best interest of the Town of Pelham, NH. No bidder can withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening.

INVITATION TO BID

Crack Sealing

The Town of Newington Highway Department is requesting bid proposals for random crack sealing of various roads.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled “Crack Sealing Bid”, and received in the Selectmen’s office, 205 Nimble Hill Road, Newington, NH 03801 no later than 12:00 PM, Tuesday, July 1, 2025.  Bids will be opened and publicly read.

Vehicle & Equipment for Sale

Bids must be sealed and marked ‘2004 Ford F353 Truck” or “Equipment Bid”, whichever is applicable, and will be accepted until 3:00pm, Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Board of Selectmen, Town Hall, 205 Nimble Hill Road, Newington NH 03801 or via email at mroy@newingtonnh.gov  The Selectmen reserve the right to accept/reject any or all bids.  The vehicle and equipment must be removed within 14 days of awarding the bid.
