SEASONAL ON-CALL SNOWPLOW DRIVER/LABORER  

The Town of Pelham is seeking applications for a Seasonal On-Call Snowplow Driver/Laborer. Applications are requested by November 13, 2026, but will be accepted until position is filled. Position is available immediately and selected candidate may start upon completion of the background check and hiring processes. 

Qualified applicants must: 

• Live within a 20-mile radius of Pelham, NH. 
• Be available 24 hours per day during winter months (November – April). 

Additional skills and information: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Must hold a valid driver’s license. CDL not required
• Preference will be given to those with snowplowing experience. 

Hours, Wage and Benefits: 

• This is an on-call assignment needed to clear and maintain the roads during and after winter storms and inclement weather. Long, consecutive hours may be required. 
• Hourly rate: $24.13/hour 
• No benefits offered, except as required by law.
