General Plumbing Services

Invitation to Bid 
Sealed Proposals will be received at the Town Hall Offices, Office of the Town Clerk, 12 School Street, Hudson, NH, until 10:00 AM, local time, September 25, 2026, for the following: 

GENERAL PLUMBING SERVICES 
HUDSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE 

The Town is seeking proposals from qualified plumbing contractors to establish agreements with up to three (3) firms to provide general plumbing services, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, alteration, installation, and replacement for Town-owned buildings and facilities. Work will be authorized on a project-by-project basis through written work authorizations or purchase orders. The Town may award fewer than three contracts if an insufficient number of responsive and qualified proposals are received. 

Plumbing licensing terms used in this RFP shall have the meanings established by RSA 153:27, as amended, and reproduced in Appendix B.

NO PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD. 
The deadline for all questions shall be 10:00 AM on September 18, 2026. 

Proposals will be evaluated based on the proposer's company qualifications and plumbing contracting experience, licensed personnel and technical capabilities, municipal/commercial experience and references, project management and scheduling approach, and proposed pricing.
