HOPKINTON-WEBSTER LANDFILL CAP REPAIRS
General Notice
The Town of Hopkinton (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Hopkinton-Webster Landfill Cap Repairs
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Nobis Group located at 18 Chenell Drive, Concord, NH until September 25, 2026 at 2:00PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Removing and replacing approximately 2.2 acres of the cover system soils, replacing approximately 600 linear feet of anchor trench drain and approximately 575 linear feet of mid-swale subsurface drain.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: Hopkinton-Webster Landfill Cap Repairs. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Prospective bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Printed documents are available to be picked up upon request with payment of $100 or digital copies (PDF) can be provided at zero cost. Please provide at least 24-hour notice for printed copies. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00AM at the Hopkinton- Webster Landfill, 491 East Penacook Road, Hopkinton, NH. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
