The Town of Atkinson is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide Tree Removal Services on an on-call basis for municipal needs. Services include emergency tree removal, as-needed removal of trees, brush, limbs, and stumps, and emergency operations associated with severe weather events or natural disasters. Contractors shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to safely complete the work under the direction of the Public Works Director. Interested firms are cordially invited to submit proposals in accordance with the RFP specifications, terms, and conditions.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP 2027-014 Tree Removal Services" and delivered to the Selectmen's Office at Atkinson Town Hall, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). The contract is anticipated to be awarded as a multi-year agreement based on qualifications, experience, responsiveness, and overall cost.
