The Town of Atkinson is soliciting proposals for Care of Grounds Services for Town-owned properties, including municipal buildings, parks, athletic fields, and common areas. Services include weekly mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, weed whacking, hedge trimming, weeding, and general landscape maintenance from April through December in accordance with Town specifications and under the supervision of the Public Works Director. Interested firms are cordially invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the RFP specifications, terms, and conditions.
Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP 2027-001 Care of Grounds" and received by the Selectmen's Office at Atkinson Town Hall, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon).
