Town of Newport Full-Time Public Works Laborer - Water/Wastewater Treatment
The Town of Newport, NH seeks a qualified individual for the position of Full-time Public Works Laborer. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The primary duties are to perform work involving the assistance with Water/Sewer operations and maintenance and related tasks at the wastewater treatment facility. Work also includes snow removal and grounds keeping responsibilities and all other duties assigned. The successful candidate will possess valid driver’s license issued by the State of New Hampshire for the type of vehicle or equipment operated and have a clean driving record.
Starting rate of pay $22.17 per hour plus benefits.
