The Town of New Hampton Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the furnishing and delivery of 2,000 cubic yards (CY) of winter sand for use during the 2026–2027 winter maintenance season.
The successful bidder shall provide screened winter sand meeting the specifications contained in this Request for Bids and deliver the material to the Town's designated stockpile location as requested by the Department of Public Works.
The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the Town. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
Bids must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked.
