REQUEST FOR BIDS
GENERAL PLUMBING SERVICES
You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for General Plumbing Services in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in RFB General Plumbing Services. The Town of Hampstead NH is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call plumbing services for municipally managed facilities. This request does NOT include schools. The successful Contractor(s) must be licensed in NH and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of all plumbing in all municipal buildings as needed. The Town is seeking to select contractors for a preferred short list with expertise in this field for the following but not limited to: on call workload needs, typical small and/or planned plumbing work, and may include large-scale capital work. This will be a contract beginning upon signing the agreement until December 31, 2028. All proposals/bids must be received by July 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Two (2) copies of the BID package must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked:
