Land Use Clerk – Part-Time

The Town of Warner is seeking an experienced Land Use Clerk to support municipal land use operations. This part-time, on-site position requires knowledge of New Hampshire statutes, local regulations, and land use processes. Responsibilities include coordinating land use applications, preparing agendas and legal notices, assisting applicants and the public, maintaining records, and serving as a liaison between boards, staff, and the public.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ethics, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively while also working independently. This is not a remote work position.

Qualifications:
Proficiency with computers and modern office practices required. Candidates should have specialized training beyond high school and at least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay dependent on experience. Position open until filled.
