The Town of Belmont is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Public Works Director. This full-time role works under the Public Works Director and serves as a working supervisor overseeing department operations, projects, and daily activities, including road and bridge maintenance, water and sewer utilities, winter operations, and municipal emergencies. Successful candidate will have the ability to operate all town equipment and possess a valid class B commercial license with air brake endorsement or have the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment. Salary ranges from $76,022.23- $79,063.12 depending on experience and qualifications. This is a challenging position with great benefits.
