INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Monroe NH is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following single items or combination of both:
1. Six-Wheel Dump Truck Chassis
Minimum specifications: Color – Red, 40k GVW, Spring suspension, 400 HP Engine, Jacob Brake, 8LL Transmission, Driver controlled differential lock, Aluminum tanks and Wheels, Heated glass and mirrors, AM/FM Radio, 190 in Wheelbase (Needs to accommodate 10-foot dump body, front plow and wing)
2. Dump Body / Plows installed on Chassis
Minimum Specifications: Steel 10-foot side dump spreader body (Black), 11-foot one way plow, 10-foot wing, rear pintle hitch.

The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:15 PM on Tuesday April 14th. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Board of Selectman “Highway Truck Bid”
All decisions in reference to the bid will be made by the Selectmen or an authorized agent. The Town of Monroe reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town.
