REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO INSTALL KITCHEN SINK & CABINETS
The Town of Thornton is seeking proposals to install a kitchen sink & cabinets in the Thornton Station Meeting Hall located at 12 Merrill Access Road, Thornton, NH.
The kitchen area is approximately 675 sq feet in a newly renovated space that is plumbed for the sink & all electrical is installed. We are seeking someone to assist with measuring, ordering & installing the upper & lower cabinets as well the sink based on administrative plans & designs. Work is expected to be completed within 45 days of the bid award.
To be considered, proposals must be received in writing by US postal service, hand delivered or via electronic communication by 12:00 pm on Friday, December 26, 2025:

Proposals will be opened Tuesday, December 30 @ 10:00 am at the Thornton Town Hall. Bid award to be announced by Friday, January 2 at 3:00 pm.

A scheduled property visit prior to furnishing a bid is encouraged and will be accommodated upon request through the Town Administrator (603)726-8168.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
The Town of Thornton reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in any bids in the best interests of the Town.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Within 15 days of the award of this work and contract, the successful proposer will be required to provide certificates of insurance, naming the Town, its officials, agents, volunteers, and employees as an additional insured, for the required levels of coverage.
