Redevelopment at 39 Webster St, Jaffrey NH
The Town of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, seeks qualified developers to propose and fulfill (execute) the redevelopment of a brownfield site, the former W.W. Cross manufacturing facility. The Town anticipates a cooperative agreement with the prospective developer in a lease/purchase contract with the project to be built within a 2 – 5 year period from the date of contract approval.
The Town will be accepting submissions of proposals through Thursday January 15, 2026 until 12:00 pm. Three (3) original Proposals must be submitted and shall be addressed to the Town of Jaffrey at the above address, bearing on the outside the name of the firm and clearly marked “Redevelopment at 39 Webster Street, Jaffrey NH: W.W. Cross.”
