Sealed bids for the “2026-2027 Bedford Town Roads Reconstruction and Resurfacing Project” will be received at the Department of Public Works, Bedford Safety Complex, 55 Constitution Drive (2nd Floor), Bedford, NH 03110, until 2:30 pm on January 6, 2026 upon which they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025 @ 10:30 am – Bedford Safety Complex, 55 Constitution Drive, Bedford. The RFP document will be available at the Department of Public Works at the above address as well as online at https://www.bedfordnh.org/367/RFP beginning on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. No RFP documents will be mailed. All Bidders must be prequalified by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. The prequalification Statement is due together with the bid submission.
