A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, December 18, 2025 @ 10:00AM – Bedford Safety Complex, 55 Constitution Drive, Bedford. The RFP document will be available at the Department of Public Works at the above address as well as online at https://www.bedfordnh.org/367/RFP beginning on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. No RFP documents will be mailed.
