The Town of Kingston is requesting the submittal of qualifications to to develop a Stormwater Asset Management Program. This project is to be funded 100% from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Asset Management Program, in the form of a grant of $30,000.
