Project Announcement
The Town of Campton is inviting proposals from qualified General Contractors for the Reception Improvement Project at the Campton Town Municipal Building. This renovation will enhance public access and office functionality while maintaining operations throughout construction.
Project Scope and Important Dates
- Relocation of the transaction counter to a lobby window
- Creation of a new office and public computer station
- Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM
- Proposal Submission Deadline: Thursday, December 11, 2025
- Public Bid Opening: Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:30 PM
- Construction Start: March 2026
- Estimated Completion: April 2026
