Help Wanted – Highway Maintenance Worker
The Town of Andover is seeking a full-time and part-time Highway Maintenance Workers to join our Highway Department.
Duties include:
• Road repair and maintenance (asphalt and gravel)
• Ditching, culvert, and drainage work
• Snow plowing, sanding, and winter road operations
• Operating and maintaining trucks and heavy equipment
• Seasonal and general maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NH driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Experience with equipment operation a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Must pass drug and alcohol screenings
This position is considered essential and requires availability during emergencies, storms, and inclement weather.
Competitive pay ($20 - $30/hr. DOE) and benefits offered (Health, Dental, and Vision).
