Governmental Records & Meeting Minutes
Governmental records of NHMA are made available by appointment only at the NHMA offices, located at 25 Triangle Park Drive, Concord, NH, during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. To request access to governmental records, please email info@nhmunicipal.org.
NHMA does not send records. Records will be provided:
- To view/inspect, make memoranda or abstracts of
- As paper copies, at a cost of $.10/page
- As electronic copies, on a USB (thumb) drive, for the actual cost of the thumb drive
Starting in October 2025, copies of approved NHMA Board of Directors' meeting minutes will be posted to our website within 10 days and can be found under the "Board Meeting Minutes" menu to the right of this page. All other board meeting or committee meeting minutes can be requested and copies obtained following the process above.
Meeting Notices
The NHMA Meeting Notices lists dates, times, and locations of upcoming NHMA Board of Directors meetings and subcommittee meetings. All meetings are held in compliance with RSA 91-A, New Hampshire’s Right-to-Know law.
