Annual Business Meeting:
Municipal officials who will serve as their city or town's voting delegate at the annual meeting (October 28 at 8:30 am) will also use this registration form to register as a delegate. A separate notice with the annual meeting agenda will be sent out to city and town officials soon. Delegates who do not wish to attend the conference may register for the annual meeting only (no cost). One voting delegate per municipality is permitted.

Wednesday Night Dinner & Entertainment:
We invite you to join us for a fun night out—great food, great company, and the NHMA Fair! Tickets are just $30 per person and include a social hour plus a fair-inspired buffet dinner (with classic fair favorites), games to play, and sweet treats from vendors—yes, including cotton candy! NHMA member attendees are welcome to bring one guest to join them for an evening of delicious food, lively entertainment, and classic fair-style games.
Guest dinner tickets must be purchased separately through the Guest Dinner Registration Form. Please note that only one guest is permitted per conference attendee, and payment for guest tickets must be made by credit card at the time of registration. Advanced registration is required; walk-ins will not be permitted.
Registration Fees:
- Member Rate (1 day) =$150
- Member Rate (2 days) =$220
- Affiliate Member/State Agency Rate (1 day) =$250
- Affiliate Member/State Agency Rate (2 days) =$320
Parking
A parking garage is located adjacent to the Hotel. With validation, parking fees are $8.00 per vehicle (per day). To validate your parking ticket, you must bring your parking ticket into the hotel to be validated. To receive the discounted Event Rate, scan the QR Code on your parking ticket on the hotel’s new iPad Validators. You must first scan once on the iPad, and additionally as you Depart the Parking Garage. iPad Validators will be located at the NHMA Conference registration kiosks in the Exhibit Hall Concourse. Attendees staying overnight at the hotel may park overnight for $15.00 (per night). Overnight guests do not need to use the iPad Validation, as Overnight guests will still be subject to the $15 Overnight rate which will be associated with their room.
Overnight Accommodations
The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel will be handling all hotel room reservations for the conference. To take advantage of the discounted rate, please make your reservation by September 25, 2026. You can reserve your room by calling the hotel directly at 603.625.1000.
