NHMA is excited to announce the dates of Wednesday and Thursday, November 15-16 for the 82nd Annual Conference and Exhibition at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Manchester. Our theme this year is “Zap the Gap: How to Make Peace & Work Effectively in a Multigenerational World.”
The conference is live and in-person only this year, with over 50 educational sessions, sponsors and exhibitors, and networking opportunities for hundreds of officials from all sectors of municipal government. This annual event helps support municipal leaders by equipping them with the latest knowledge, resources, and tools to advance their cities and towns and assist local officials in their daily roles and operations within municipalities.
Only elected and appointed officials and employees from New Hampshire municipalities, members of NHMA affiliate groups, and employees of state agencies can register as attendees at our conference. Individuals from other organizations can attend if they are presenting a session or if they are exhibitors/sponsors at our conference.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Meagan Johnson
Meagan is known as a "Generational Humorist" challenges her audiences to think differently and act decisively when dealing with multiple generations. In her presentation, Zap the Gap: How to Make Peace & Work Effectively in a Multigenerational World, she explains how each generation developed its values and how these values creep into the workplace and marketplace. Each generation holds fast to its values, so it's important to understand and respect them to bring out the best in everyone.

Comedy Magician Dewayne Hill started performing magic at the age of 16. After performing two professional shows, he received the attention of a local TV show producer and was asked to be a guest on the show to perform. After several articles and news clips hit the press Dewayne started performing in a local comedy club. It was here where he perfected the art of joking and storytelling while performing amazing magic tricks. You won’t want to miss this show!

PARKING
A parking garage is located adjacent to the Hotel. With validation, parking fees are $7.00 per vehicle (per day). Attendees staying overnight at the hotel may park overnight for $14.00 (per night). To validate your parking ticket, you must bring your parking ticket into the hotel to be validated in Exhibit Hall (entrance to the hall) or the Assembly Area (validator located on the counter top of the bar).
DIRECTIONS
The DoubleTree by Hilton is located at 700 Elm Street in the heart of downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.
From the South (I-93): Take I-93 North to Route 293 North (left exit off I-93). After Brown Avenue exit, stay to the right as Route 293 bears right. Stay on Route 293 to the second exit (exit 5/Granite Street). Turn right at the bottom of the ramp and continue through two sets of lights. The hotel garage is located on your left.
From Nashua: Take Route 3 North. Just south of Manchester, Route 3 becomes Route 293. Take exit 5 and follow the directions above for I-93 from the South.
From the Seacoast: Take I-95 to Route 101 West to I-93 South to Route 293 North. Follow directions above for I-93 from the South.
From the West (I-89) and/or I-93 Southbound: Take I-89 South to I-93 South to Route 293 South to exit 5. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp. Continue straight through two sets of lights. The hotel garage is located on your left.
