2026 Annual Conference and Exhibition & Annual Business Meeting Registration

NHMA is excited to announce that registration is now open for our 85th Annual Conference and Exhibition on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Thursday, Ocotober 29, 2026 from 7:30 am to 2:45 pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Manchester Hotel, 700 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101. 

This year's event will feature the NHMA Annual Meeting, 50 educational sessions, sponsors and exhibitors, and networking opportunities for hundreds of officials from all sectors of municipal government.  This annual event helps support municipal leaders by equipping them with the latest knowledge, resources, and tools to advance their cities and towns and assist local officials in their daily roles and operations within municipalities.  

Only elected and appointed officials and employees from New Hampshire municipalities, members of NHMA affiliate groups, and employees of state agencies can register as attendees at our conference.

Annual Business Meeting
Municipal officials who will serve as their city or town's voting delegate at the annual meeting (October 28 at 8:30 am) will also use this registration form to register as a delegate. A separate notice with the annual meeting agenda will be sent out to city and town officials soon. Delegates who do not wish to attend the conference may register for the annual meeting only (no cost). One voting delegate per municipality is permitted.

Come One, Come All! Join Us Wednesday Night for our Fair Festivities
We invite you to join us for a fun night out—great food, great company, and the NHMA Fair! Tickets are just $30 per person and include a social hour plus a fair-inspired buffet dinner (with classic fair favorites), games to play, and sweet treats from vendors—yes, including cotton candy! 

NHMA Members are welcome to bring one guest! Guest dinner tickets must be purchased seperately.  Please purchas guest tickets here.  One guest per NHMA member attendee and credit card payment is required for guest ticket.

Registration Deadline: October 9, 2026

Pre-registration and payment is required.  Registration is available until 5:00 pm on October 9, 2026. You will be billed according to the pricing on the options you select at registration. If you wish to make changes, NHMA must be notified in writing by October 9th. Refund of the full Conference registration fee and refund of the Wednesday night dinner will be made if notification is received by the 9th of October. Cancellations after October 9th, including no-shows, will result in you being charged the full cost of the conference and the dinner.
