The Town of New Hampton is seeking Bids from qualified firms for Winter Rock Salt and Solar Salt delivered to the Town of New Hampton Public Works Building. Bids must be clearly marked as “RFB 26-08 ROCK SALT AND SOLAR SALT” and will be received until 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Town Hall, 6 Pinnacle Hill Road, New Hampton, NH 03256.
The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
Bids must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. In order to be considered responsive, one (1) original copy of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked. The Town prefers that (1) electronic copy of the proposal be submitted on a thumb drive in the bid package.
