Winter Maintenance and Plowing Services
The Town of New Hampton, New Hampshire, is inviting bids from qualified companies for snow plowing and winter maintenance services for municipal facilities and roads for the 2026/2027 winter season. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Selectmen's Office, located at 6 Pinnacle Hill Road, New Hampton, NH 03256, until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Proposals must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked.

The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in part or in whole, and to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The proposal selected will be determined to be in the best interest of the Town. Non-compliance with any part of the requirements outlined herein may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
