The Town of New Hampton is accepting proposals for on-call pipe-cleaning and CCTV pipe-inspection services. Proposals should include pricing for pipe cleaning and CCTV inspection services individually and for the two services combined. Pricing is requested for pipe diameters from 6” to 36”, in various pipe materials. Traffic control pricing for hourly and/or daily rates, including flagging and signage, should be included. Firms should propose methods of service and include a price list for services using appropriate unit pricing (e.g., daily crew rates, hourly rates, linear foot, vertical foot, etc.).
It is the intent of the Town of New Hampton to enter into an agreement with the firm that presents the best proposal based on the selection criteria. Awards for on-call services generated through this RFP will be for an initial one-year service period but may be extended, upon mutual pricing agreements, for up to three consecutive year periods with continued satisfactory performance.
The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
Proposals must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Monday, April 27, 2026, from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked.
