Transfer Station Compactor and Hopper System Replacement
The Town of New Hampton is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the furnishing, delivery, removal, removal and installation of a new Wastequip Model 445XHD 4-yard stationary compactor and a custom-fabricated hopper system as described in this Request for Bids. All specifications and requirements are derived from the equipment proposal provided to the Town. This work will be located at the New Hampton Transfer Station, located at 26 Route 132, New Hampton, NH 03256.
The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
Bids must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2026, from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 19, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. at the New Hampton Transfer Station located at 26 Route 132 North in New Hampton, New Hampshire. Information presented will be significant. Therefore, all interested bidders are required to attend in order to prepare acceptable bid submissions.
