The Town of Winthrop, Maine, seeks a collaborative and forward-thinking Town Planner to help guide the community's growth while preserving the qualities that give Winthrop its unique sense of place. Position summary
The Town Planner serves as the professional planning advisor to the Planning Board, Town Council, Town Manager, Zoning Board of Appeals, and other municipal committees. This position leads long-range planning initiatives, administers land use regulations, supports community development, prepares grant applications for designated planning projects, oversees environmental planning programs, and administers the development review process.

The salary is $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with an excellent benefits package
