REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Town Hall HVAC System
The Town of Atkinson, NH is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to redesign and replace the Town Hall’s existing HVAC system. The project is to remove and dispose of the current geo-thermal system and install a new heating and cooling system for the Town Hall. The Town is seeking alternatives to replace the current system to include:
Option “A”: Hydronic Heating System
Option “B”: Conventional FHA System – Propane
Option “C”: Mini-Splits or other

All proposals must be received at the Selectmen’s Office, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “HVAC System” no later than 12:00 Noon Friday, May 29, 2026. For additional information, please contact the Town Administrator’s Office at 603-362-1064 Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
