SINCLAIR HILL DRAINAGE PIPE REPLACEMENT
The Town of New Hampton, New Hampshire, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of an existing 12-inch Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) drainage culvert with a 15-inch High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) drainage pipe. The replacement pipe will be provided by the Town of New Hampton.
Work shall include excavation, removal, and disposal of the existing CMP pipe, installation of the Town-supplied HDPE pipe, backfilling, compaction, roadway restoration, traffic control, detour implementation, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project.
The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
Bids shall be submitted using the provided bid sheet and shall utilize applicable NHDOT Standard Item Numbers for all bid items. All bids must be received NO later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 8, 2026, from interested firms to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked.
