Road Agent/Highway Superintendent

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the Deering Highway Department. The position provides direct supervision and policy direction to employees as approved by the Town Administrator and Board of Selectmen.

Establishes short and long-range plans, goals, objectives, policies, regulations, and procedures based upon the road needs of the town and the department.
