The Town of Hudson, New Hampshire (Town) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms with demonstrated experience in municipal drinking-water utility planning, design, permitting, construction-phase services, and related technical support. The Town intends to select one additional firm to supplement its current engineering consultant and provide added capacity and specialized support for current and future water utility projects.
This solicitation establishes a qualifications-based pool. Selection does not guarantee any minimum amount of work. Services will be authorized only through written task orders, purchase orders, or other written authorizations issued by the Town.
Questions Due: Friday, October 2, 2026, no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
SOQs Due: Friday, October 9, 2026, no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
