The Purchasing Division, located at the Combined Operations & Maintenance Facility, 311 North State Street, Concord, New Hampshire 03301, will receive sealed proposals for “RFP 02-27, Qualified Environmental Professional Services” until 2:00 PM on September 2, 2026. The sealed envelope shall be plainly marked:
“RFP 02-27, Qualified Environmental Professional Services”
Proposals may be issued only by the Purchasing Manager, or her designee, to authorized firms and are not transferable unless authorized by the Purchasing Manager, or her designee.

There will be a mandatory, Pre-proposal Conference held on August 19, 2026 at 11:00 am at City Hall, 2nd floor Conference Room, 41 Green Street with a site visit immediately following.
