TOWN OF NEWPORT, NH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMPLETE AND FULL REVALUATION
The Town of Newport, New Hampshire is soliciting proposals from qualified appraisal firms to perform a Complete and Full Revaluation of all taxable, non-taxable, and exempt properties within the Town.
The revaluation will be conducted in accordance with all applicable New Hampshire statutes and Department of Revenue Administration rules, utilizing the Town’s current Avitar assessing system. The effective date of valuation shall be April 1, 2027.
