The Town of Atkinson is soliciting proposals from qualified professional assessing firms to provide General Assessing Services and Cyclical Data Verification Services for a five-year contract term beginning January 1, 2027. Services include performing the duties of Municipal Assessor, maintaining assessment records, conducting field inspections, administering exemptions and current use programs, preparing required DRA reporting, defending assessments when necessary, and completing annual cyclical inspections of approximately 20% of Town parcels. The contract also includes a town-wide revaluation during the contract term, along with all associated data verification, public outreach, and certification requirements. Interested firms are cordially invited to submit proposals in accordance with the RFP specifications, terms, and conditions. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP 2027-015 General Assessing Services & Cyclical Data Verification" and delivered to the Selectmen's Office at Atkinson Town Hall, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon).
