REQUEST FOR BIDS
GENERAL HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
You are cordially invited to submit a proposal for HVAC Maintenance and Repairs in accordance with the attached specifications, terms, and conditions listed in this RFB 2026 HVAC Maintenance and Repairs. The Town of Hampstead NH is requesting bids from vendors to supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform HVAC maintenance and repairs at multiple Town buildings. The successful bidder must have at least five (5) years' experience in the field and be able to respond to emergencies within a 2-hour time frame. This will be a contract for 2026 - 2028 (DEC 31, 2028). All proposals/bids must be received by July 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Two (2) copies of the BID Sheet must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked:
