REPAINTING OF THE TROY TOWN COMMON WOOD FENCING & 

TROY TOWN COMMON GAZEBO


The Town of Troy seeks competitive proposals for the repainting of the Troy Town Common wood fencing around the perimeter of the Town Common (currently white and to remain so), as well as the gazebo located within the Common. All work shall be completed by July 31st, 2025; however, deviations from this deadline may be considered by the Town and should be noted in the bid proposal.

The scope of work can be shown to each contractor by the Town Administrator onsite, if requested. Contractors are welcome to visit the Troy Town Common on their own to visually inspect the site prior to submitting a bid. Each contractor is responsible for taking their own measurements of affected areas. Photos of the area to be covered by this proposal can be found on the Troy Town website, troy-nh.us, under “Latest Notices.”


The deadline for proposals is 5:00 P.M. June 19th, 2025. Proposals will be opened at the Troy Town Hall on June 19th, 2025 during the Board of Selectmen’s normal business meeting. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope; plainly marked “Sealed Bid, Troy Town Common Painting.” Proposals can be dropped off at the Selectmen’s office, at 16 Central Square, Troy, NH 03465, or sent via USPS mail to: Town of Troy, Re: Troy Town Common Painting, PO Box 249, Troy, NH 03465. The Town reserves the right to accept, reject, modify or negotiate any and/or all proposals or any portion thereof in the best interest of the Town of Troy and to waive informalities. The company awarded the winning bid will be required to submit proof of insurance to the Troy Selectmen’s Office prior to beginning work. Note that the Town may not consider late delivery of mailed proposals.
