PT Minute Taker

The Newmarket Conservation Commission (“Commission”) is seeking a part-time Minute Taker to assist in taking Commission meeting minutes. The applicant should ideally have experience in an office setting or previous experience in minute-taking. Attention to detail, excellent writing, access to the internet and email are required. The Commission meets monthly, with meetings typically ranging from 2-3 hours in duration. Attendance at Commission meetings is mandatory and minutes must be delivered to the Department of Planning and Community Development within 2-5 business days. The pay rate for this position will start at $25 per hour. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the great work the Commission is doing in and around the community.
