The Town of New Hampton is seeking proposals from qualified firms for roadway paving services as described in this Request for Proposals. Proposals clearly marked "26-01 Roadway Paving Services Proposals" will be received until 3:30 pm, Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Town Hall, 6 Pinnacle Hill Road, New Hampton NH, 03256.
Proposals must be received from interested firms NO later than 3:30 pm on Monday, May 18, 2026, to be eligible for consideration by the Town. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed, clearly marked envelope.

The Town of New Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, as well as to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The Town will select the bid that is deemed to be in the Town's best interest. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification. Additionally, the Town may cancel this request at any time and for any reason.
