The Town of Kingston is seeking a part-time (up to 40 hours per month) Human Resources Administrator.
The Human Resources Administrator (HRA) manages and administers new employee intake and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and providing support to employees regarding benefits. The HRA works closely with the Finance Department to coordinate the daily processing of benefits including overseeing enrollment, processing of claims, and communicating benefit-related information to employees. The HRA also ensures program compliance with relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
