Land Use Coordinator

The Town of Tilton is seeking a full time Land Use Coordinator. This is a highly responsible position coordinating the functions of the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer and provides organizational assistance to the Assessor. This position serves as the Town's primary contact with the general public concerning land use matters.  

The Land Use Coordinator reports to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Administrator and also receives assignments from the Chairman of both the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Adjustment.  

5 year's experience in the land use field demonstrating possession of knowledge and skills would be preferred.
