NOW HIRING – LABORER / TRUCK DRIVER
Town of Amherst DPW – Highway Division

Grade 4 | Starting Pay: $24.32 to $26.85 / hour

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate trucks and equipment
• Perform roadway maintenance and repairs
• Snow & ice removal
• Maintain Town facilities and grounds
• Assist with general public works operations

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 12 months’ construction or related experience
• Valid NH CDL Class B required
• Class A CDL with air brake & tanker endorsements preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred

🕐 SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime available for emergencies and winter operations.

💰 Starting at $24.32 to $26.85 / hour, based on qualifications and experience
