A tour of the building is scheduled for Monday, November 24th at 10 am and someone from Facilities will be showing interested parties around.
There are more details in the RFP about the scope of services and what each of the 4 departments have for posted hours and what they would like cleaned daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-annually and/or annually.

If you are interested in bidding, you MUST send someone from your service and/or company to attend the walk-through/site visit on Monday, November 24th at 10 am. You can then submit an RFP per the instructions. Deadline for RFP's is December 10th, 2025 at 7:30 am.
