The Town of Rye, New Hampshire is requesting bids from qualified fuel suppliers for the supply and delivery of fuels for the 2026–2027 contract period (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) to locations in Rye and New Castle, New Hampshire.
Fuel Types and Estimated Quantities:
#2 Heating Oil – 40,400 gallons
#2 Blended Heating Oil – 6,000 gallons
Ultra-Low Sulfur Off-Road Diesel –10,500 gallons – with appropriate additives for winter usage
Unleaded Gasoline – 16,300 gallons

Bid Requirements:
Pricing must be submitted per gallon for each fuel type.
Heating Fuel pricing must be provided for both fixed and variable price options.
Supplier must be capable of automatic and on-call delivery.

The Town of Rye reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award contracts in the best interest of the Town. The town reserves the right to award the contract to up to four individual contractors for each of the four individual fuel categories. Selection shall not be made purely on price alone.
