HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR / LABORER / TRUCK DRIVER
The Town of Nottingham is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer/Truck Driver to join the Highway Department team.
Applicants must possess a valid CDL-B license, have experience with snow plowing and heavy equipment operation, and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, hardworking, and adaptable member of a small, dedicated team.
This is a part-time (25-hours/week average), year-round position. The Highway Department’s typical schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Actual hours will depend on workload and weather. Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as motor vehicle and criminal background checks, are required as conditions of employment.
Starting pay: $22.00 per hour, or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
