What We Offer
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 for uncertified officers or certified officers relocating from out of state
- $15,000 for already certified officers
- Relocation Assistance: $2,000 if your commute is more than 25 minutes
- Pay: Starting at $30/hour for uncertified officers

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Patrol the Swanzey community, ensuring public safety, enforcing laws, and responding to calls
- Engage with residents to build trust and foster positive community relationships
- Conduct investigations, traffic control, and other law-enforcement duties
