Fuel Oil and Propane Request for Bids Contract year 2026-2027

1. Summary of Request

The Town of Wolfeboro is seeking bids from qualified firms interested in providing fuel oil, diesel, unleaded fuel, and propane to the Town of Wolfeboro.

The contract term is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

2. Intent

The Town’s intent and the requirements of this Request for Bids are to provide the Town with the appropriate level of service, in the best interest of the Town, as determined  by the Town in their sole discretion.

3. Submission of Responses

1. The bids shall be submitted on the attached bid form. Bids should be mailed or  electronically transmitted to the address listed below with the required subject line.

2. Bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Thursday June 25, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bids are received before the deadline. Please visit the Town's website here for more information on this bid. 
   1. Any bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered, nor will late bids be opened.
