Double Sided Digital Sign

The Charlestown Selectboard is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for a double sided 3 x 6-foot programmable digital electronic sign, reader board, LED message board, and installation. The sign will be placed in front of the Town Office, located at 233 Main Street. The Town will provide the granite posts and the electricity to the sign. The selected contractor will be required to provide evidence of adequate insurance including Commercial General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage.  

All proposals must be received in the Office of the Selectboard by 3:00 PM on Wednesday June 5, 2024.  Please mark submittal,  Attn: Digital Sign.  The Town reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any and all proposals for any reason.
